As part of the Pipe Design Methodology Department, you will contribute to various tasks involved in developing methodologies for flexible pipe projects. You will specialize in a failure mode of the pipe, engaging with everything from standards like API 17J and B to modeling, testing, manufacturing, and software tool development. Your work will be tailored to leverage your strengths, ensuring success in your role.

The Pipe Design Methodology department has approximately 20 employees presently in Denmark and Rio de Janeiro, Brasil. You will be part of and contribute to a knowledge community that is the backbone of the models behind our flexible pipe. With teamwork and knowledge sharing we are contributing to R&D, product development and continuous improvements to assure reliable and cost-efficient products for our clients.
You will engage closely with material-, testing-, manufacturing- and engineering disciplines and your abilities to identify optimal solutions across disciplines will be a key. That includes understanding the failure mode, test validation, analytical- and numerical modelling, deviation support and input to decision support systems for manufacturing.
