Student Assistant - Procurement Market and Risk Analysis

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Student Assistant to join our Procurement Department. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, global company seeking to build a sustainable future. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working team player with a keen interest in procurement and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to sustainability initiatives and projects within the procurement function.

• Assist in data logging and maintaining accurate procurement records.

• Support contract management activities, including drafting and reviewing contracts.

• Engage in stakeholder management, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

• Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Your workplace will be at our headquarters in Odense, where you will be part of a team with competent and good colleagues who value social activities and collaboration highly. You will report directly to Manager, Market & Risk Analysis, Magnus Bojesen.

Qualifications:

• Preferably undertaking a bachelor’s degree focused on Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
