As Technical PCB Support (f/m/d) you will support developing in new technologies and various technical areas. We are a leading global PCB supplier founded in 1993 in Sweden. Continuing our growth path, we are delighted to welcome a new colleague in our team working in our office in Tiel or in home office in the region of Verl, Germany.

You are already experienced in working with Printed Circuit Boards? This is your chance to develop a deeper knowledge in that field. With an individual onboarding and training program we bring you a solid foundation.

What is it about?

• Providing technical support for customers and sales colleagues
• Article maintenance and release in the CRM system
• Preparation of production data (drawings, customer specifications and Gerber data)
• Processing internal and external engineering questions
• Collaborating with the factories in Europe and Asia
• Supporting in the clarification of complaints
• Collaborating in projects

We are looking for you

• educated in technical or electronic field or comparable qualification
• interested in the electronics industry
• knowledge of English and MS Office
• passionate in collaborating with customers and colleagues
• structured and flexible in your way of working
• open and communicative
