As part of a Nordic organisation, you will be integrated into a close-knit team and report directly to the Team Lead for Beverages. While Döhler Scandinavia is headquartered in Vallensbæk Strand, for this position homebased office with occasional presence at office is also an alternative.

This brings a fantastic opportunity to become part of an innovative team as they are looking for a Nordic Key Account Manager, focusing on ingredient solutions for the beverage sector.


The role


They are searching for an experienced and proactive Key Account Manager to take ownership of major beverage accounts across the Nordic region. You will play a key role in driving strategic projects, developing customer partnerships, and delivering innovative solutions tailored to the dynamic needs of the beverage industry.


Responsibilities


  • Manage and grow strategic beverage accounts in the Nordics, serving as the primary commercial contact.
  • Lead customer projects from ideation to delivery, working closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, Technical Project Management, Marketing, and Supply Chain.
  • Identify opportunities for value creation through tailored ingredient solutions in various beverage categories.
  • Understand and influence the entire value chain including costs, margins, sustainability, and supply security.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, consumer needs, and competitor activities in the beverage segment.
  • Lead contract negotiations and ensure optimal pricing, profitability, and long-term collaboration.
  • Represent Döhler at customer innovation days, industry events, and commercial meetings.


Qualifications


  • 3 years of experience in B2B sales, within the food ingredients industry.
  • Strong technical and commercial understanding of beverage formulations and applications.
  • Experience managing large accounts or regional clients in a matrix organisation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Business-driven mindset with attention to operational excellence.
  • Fluent in English and preferably in a Scandinavian language.
