IT Administrator – Supporting & Developing Our IT Landscape

At NMD Pharma we are growing, and so are our IT needs. We are looking for a hands-on IT Administrator to provide internal IT support while also playing a key role in IT development projects. You will be part of a small, dedicated team, reporting directly to the VP Finance & IT, helping to shape the IT infrastructure of a fast-growing biotech company. Your Responsibilities IT Support & Setup Set up and configure laptops and other hardware for new employees. Provide first-class IT support primarily on Windows computers for employees across Denmark, the US and Europe. Work with our external partners. Ensure the efficient operation of cloud-based tools such as Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Egnyte, and other future solutions. IT Development & Projects Assist the VP of Finance & IT in identifying future IT needs and solutions. Lead or support IT implementation projects across the organization (e.g., evaluating data storage systems and supporting HR and Finance in selecting new tools). Maintain documentation on IT processes and provide users with guidelines and instructions. Collaboration & Optimization Work closely with different teams to understand their IT needs and suggest improvements. Identify opportunities for efficiency and automation of IT processes. Ensure IT security, stability, and compliance in a biotech environment. What You Bring Background in IT Support, IT Administration, or similar. Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), cloud-based identity management, and Office 365 environments. Strong problem-solving skills and a service-minded approach. Ability to prioritize and adjust tasks in a dynamic work environment. Good understanding of IT security and system maintenance – preferable with knowledge within GDPR/NIS2. Curiosity about new systems, methods and best practise within your field Fluency in English (Danish is a plus).
