Project Coordinator – Software Development Location: Solna Job Type: Full-Time / Part - time
Contract: Temporary assignment
Reports To: Technical Director
About the Role: We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to join our software development team. In this role, you will support project planning, execution, and delivery by coordinating cross-functional efforts, tracking progress, and ensuring timely communication between stakeholders. You will be instrumental in keeping our projects on track and our teams aligned.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist Technical Director in the planning and execution of software development projects.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Track project milestones, timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings in Kanban/Scrum environments.
Manage schedules, track dependencies, and resolve project-related issues.
Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders regularly.
Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
Support team onboarding and maintain tools like Jira, Confluence and Git.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in project coordination, preferably in a software development or tech environment.
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and other software development methodologies.
Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project).
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
