Project Coordinator – Software Development
Location: Solna
Job Type: Full-Time / Part - time

Contract: Temporary assignment

Reports To: Technical Director

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to join our software development team. In this role, you will support project planning, execution, and delivery by coordinating cross-functional efforts, tracking progress, and ensuring timely communication between stakeholders. You will be instrumental in keeping our projects on track and our teams aligned.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Technical Director in the planning and execution of software development projects.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Track project milestones, timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings in Kanban/Scrum environments.
• Manage schedules, track dependencies, and resolve project-related issues.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders regularly.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
• Support team onboarding and maintain tools like Jira, Confluence and Git.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in project coordination, preferably in a software development or tech environment.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and other software development methodologies.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project).
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
