The position
As a UX Strategist, you will:

  • Empathize with end users to identify pain points and opportunity spaces for improvement.
  • Establish better experiences for end users improving the user journey from discovering the solution, to how to complete different tasks.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the context and domain of our product area forming strong partnerships with product management and tech peers.
  • Collaborate with product management and our supplier by giving input to the product backlog based on user research.
  • Act as the UX backbone of our product teams and implement user experience focus in existing practices and activities.
  • Establish expertise in the Veeva platform to know the UX playing field and constraints. 
  • Work with the DevOps product teams in a collaborative environment under the SAFe framework.

 

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A bachelor's or master’s degree within design, digitalization, innovation, IT, or similar. 
  • A solid toolbox equipped with UX and Design Thinking, user research methods, facilitation, agile principles and some UI knowledge.
  • Ability to understand complex processes.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

 

As a person, you possess excellent communication and presentation skills, allowing you to navigate complex stakeholder environments effectively. Your strong analytical and problem-solving abilities enable you to tackle challenges with confidence. Furthermore, you have a proven track record of working collaboratively with cross-functional agile teams, fostering a productive and innovative working atmosphere.

We are a department placed centrally in Novo Nordisk as part of the quality area. One of our key responsibilities is to ensure that the global IT system handling core quality processes at Novo Nordisk is user-friendly while being developed and maintained to support the global business. Our ambition is to implement initiatives and projects that ensure a robust and simple quality management system, thereby supporting Novo Nordisk in maintaining world-class quality for our patients in the future.
