The positionWe are looking for a proactive Project Manager to join People & Organisation (P&O). This position will move across two EVP areas: Finance, Legal and Global Solutions (FLGS) and P&O. The main responsibilities will include: Drive key P&O initiatives, projects, programs and eventsAct as sparring partner and consultant to HR Business Partners in the team Drive leadership trainings and workshops, e.g. within performance management Analysis and data reporting on people factsBe daily manager for student assistant in teamDrive team events like offsites and team meetings You will work independently with sparring from EVP HRBP and team members. You will be collaborating closely with colleagues from different teams/areas, including business leaders in EVP areas, and P&O colleagues. This is a unique opportunity to get broad business insights and learn the trade as HR Business Partner. QualificationsTo be a successful candidate, you would have:A relevant educational Degree. A Masters, MBA etc. would be preferred4 years Project Management, consultancy or relevant HR experienceLeadership experience is beneficial but not required.Possess good analytical and problem-solving skillsHave experience with facilitating workshops and hold presentations As a person, you are collaborative, curious, and a great team member Fluent in verbal and written English – and good at communicating clearly About the departmentYou will join a team of 10 HR Business Partners and a Student Assistant, supporting the leadership within two EVP areas: Finance, Legal and Global Solutions as well as People & Organisation. We support the leadership teams on HR related matters from strategic people discussions, people development, the annual HR wheel and ad hoc matters.
