The position
As a Production Planning Professional, you will be responsible for planning and prioritising test flow in collaboration with GCMD planners, QC operation team, and QA release and you will:
- Monitor QC performances and proactively develop action plans to address issues impacting expected deliveries.
- Act as the point of contact for QC regarding planning requests from other teams.
- Forecast load on QC resources based on targets delivered by Global Planning.
- Participate in projects requiring additional QC load and initiate best practice planning and perform training within your area of responsibility; and drive workshops with stakeholders where required.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who have:
- Education within supply chain management at bachelor’s or master’s degree level.
- Minimum one year of experience in supply chain.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, and SAP4HANA.
- Drive and initiative to make urgent decisions and implement tasks.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with stakeholders, including knowledge of relevant cultures.
- Fluency in Danish and English.

NM QC, Planning, Warehouse & Facility at Novo Nordisk in Denmark is a key department responsible for managing quality control, production planning, warehouse operations, and facility management to support efficient pharmaceutical manufacturing. Our department is structured into specialised teams, ensuring smooth material flow, compliance, and operational excellence. With a team of 60 dedicated professionals, we focus on test flow prioritisation, forecasting QC resource loads, and collaborating with Global Planning to ensure timely product release and regulatory compliance.
