The Position This Senior Project Manager role within Product Introduction is a unique opportunity, where you will be part of a small team responsible for standardizing and accelerating the product transfer process across our new global network of new Aseptic Production facilities. At the same time, you will ensure that the remains flexible ad ready for future opportunities. This is done in close collaboration with key stakeholders such as the Manufacturing Development team, production sites, and regulatory affairs. You will be responsible for driving identified key initiatives and new technologies in operation (e.g. Process Analytic Technology - PAT) that will make us succeed with our ambitious goals. Key responsibilities include: Drive key initiatives to optimize a global product transfer framework across multiple sites. Facilitate collaborative workshops and effectively engage with stakeholders to drive successful outcomes. Drive the implementation of new technologies in operation (e.g. PAT) or new way of working globally at the sites included in the program. Coordinate all key stakeholders, including process engineers, PAT solution developers, analytical scientists, quality assurance, production sites and PAT vendors. Support and influence the organizational journey and change management process, due to the implementation of new technologies. The job is ideal for a curious, people-driven, and result-oriented Senior Project Manager who enjoys working in a flexible, collaborative, international, and open-minded environment. Qualifications To be successful in this position, your experiences should include: An academic degree in Science, Engineering, or a similar field. 5 years of project management experience within the pharmaceutical or simi-lar industry. Understanding of GMP. Stakeholder management experience and great communication skills. Ability to create an overview of complex processes, including data structures and risks. Experience in aseptic production or in product/technology transfer related to the pharmaceutical industry would be considered as advantage. Experience in driving the implementation of new technologies in operation (e.g. PAT) would be considered as an asset. As a person you have excellent command of verbal and written English. You set high standards for your work and see collaboration as a key factor in success. As an individual you are a team player who works well managing complex dependencies between different areas in a structured way. In addition, you have a curious mind, can challenge conventionality in a positive way, and communicate complex topics in a simple way.
