About the job

As a Senior Specialist in Privileged Access Management (PAM) at TDC NET, you will manage and optimize our PAM solution to ensure seamless integration with network infrastructure, IT systems, and applications.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with system owners to define and implement optimal integration solutions that meet security requirements. Your knowledge will be essential in improving our security posture by effectively managing privileged access.

Specifically, your tasks will cover:

• Design and implement PAM solutions, including installation, configuration, and customization of PAM tools.
• Develop and maintain procedures and documentation for PAM tools.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure integrated security across the organization.
• Hands-on development, configuration, and onboarding of infrastructure and applications into the PAM technical framework.
• Automate PAM processes and workflows for efficiency.
• Ensure PAM systems are optimized for performance and security.
• Identify potential security risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Educate and train internal teams on the use of PAM tools.

As Senior Specialist, you are offered a role with room and trust to decide and implement, and where your insights are sought-after and considered important and critical to TDC NET’s safe infrastructure operations.

About you

You are motivated by transformation and change, and this you combine with more than 5 years’ software development experience, and where you have worked most of the time with Access Management solutions.

• Minimum 3 years of experience with IAM and advanced understanding of security protocols and technologies.
• Extensive technical background and hands-on experience with PAM tools such as Delinea, CyberArk, or similar.
• Demonstrated ability to operate and troubleshoot complex IT systems and network infrastructure.
• Experience with compliance standards and regulatory requirements within IT security.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
• Applicants are required to meet the criteria for submitting a security clearance application.

You are independent and self-motivating, where you can set your own milestones and organize your deadlines. Towards your stakeholders, you tailor your communication and understand and address their needs to ensure that they get the right solutions.
