Read more Apply OJ Electronics, a global producer of underfloor heating solutions and HVAC drives and controllers, is looking for a project manager to join our Project Management Office, which normally consists of four project managers plus the head of the office.

Working from this office, your main job will be to serve as part of our HVAC Controls Core Team, working alongside a sales manager, a product manager and a development architect. This team is in charge of all aspects of developing our popular HVAC controllers.

As a key member of the HVAC Controls Core Team, you’ll lead several ongoing projects, while making sure that our future project portfolio is aligned with our strategy, business needs and market needs.

Your role At OJ, you’ll be expected to:

• Manage product development projects, working closely with other members of the HVAC Controls Core Team and the rest of the OJ organization
• Work closely with other project managers, who are in charge of projects in our Drives and Electric Floor Heating business areas
• Initiate development projects in collaboration with product managers
• Lead your product development teams through the project-execution phase
• Make sure project deliverables are completed on time, within the budget, and at the right quality
• Drive collaboration among members of the HVAC Controls Core Team, your fellow project managers, the head of our Project Management Office, and the organization at large

Our expectations When reviewing your application, we will look for:

• Experience managing product development projects, preferably within industrial electronics manufacturing or similar engineering
• Preferably a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering
• Project management, stakeholder management
• Excellent communication skills, including fluency in English
• Situational leadership skills, root-cause problem-solving and agile management skills are a plus
• Basic Danish language skills helpful but not required
