Supply Operations Manager

We are looking for an Supply Operations Manager to collaborate with a cluster of suppliers and hence manage the suppliers out of that cluster in alignment with the associated Supplier Relationship Team (SRT) and other relevant departments within Orifarm.

About the job
As our new Supply Operations Manager, your main goal is to ensure that suppliers deliver products according to the demand in full.

Your key responsibilities in the role will be:

• Sharing forecasts and orders with suppliers including consensus alignment and as per contractual agreement between Orifarm-supplier
• Change control handling within SRT
• Technical goods receival and repacking activities within the SRT
• Integrating new suppliers and agreements

You will be the owner of reconciliation handling and invoice handling. Additionally, you will be co-responsible for:

• Facilitating and supporting business review meeting under the leadership of Supplier Relationship Manager
• Reporting into internal S&OP process as well as the S&OP process with the suppliers
• Supplier visits
• Alignment with commercial teams and responsible for sharing relevant information with internal stakeholders

Who are you?
We expect that you have a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business or similar and 3 years of experience . Additionally, we expect that you have excellent understanding of supply chain processes as well as good knowledge of software and ERP systems.

To be a success in this role, you should have solid negotiation skills and superior stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally.

We are looking for a colleague with strong problem solving skills as well as communication skills.

In this role, you will have a number of key stakeholders, and therefore, we expect a high level of the ability to drive results with integrity and through difficult obstacles.

Among the key characteristics of a successful candidate we expect:

• Experience with the supply chain process
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills supplemented with proven cross-culture communication and collaboration skills

Job Location
The position will be located in Orifarm headquarters in Odense, DK, where the SRTs are located. We offer flexibility to work partially from home depending on the tasks.
