Product Management Lead

Join us in this role where you’ll be playing a key role in shaping the future for how we enable our product people to create impactful products addressing business and user needs, providing expert guidance and mentorship to product managers, product leaders, and other key stakeholders. With a focus on user-centric product management transformation, you’ll ensure that products meet market needs, exceed customer expectations, and deliver measurable value.

Welcome to Agile, Product Management and Design Centre of Excellence (CoE)
You’ll be part of the Agile, Product Management and Design CoE team where you, together with your colleagues, will manage and optimize our product strategies and development processes.

As a team, we are driven by the outcomes we help our colleagues to achieve, and we take an experimental, collaborative approach to solving the needs and problems of our internal customers.

You’ll play an important role in:

• Driving product strategy and vision for Ørsted’s portfolio, aligning with global business objectives and market trends
• Developing and executing comprehensive product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer needs on a global scale
• Partnering with senior leadership to define and prioritize product initiatives, providing insights into market opportunities and product performance
• Collaborating with cross-functional product teams across different hubs and business units, ensuring collaboration and synergy to deliver high-impact products
• Driving relentless improvement of our operating model to establish the structure for managing products through the lifecycle from ideation to adoption and operation, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards across international markets
• Mentoring and guiding product managers and teams, fostering a culture of value-driven development, continuous improvement, and collaboration across regions.

To succeed in the role, you:

• Have a Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• Have 7 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of leading complex products in international environments, perhaps in an enterprise setting
• Have strong leadership skills with experience working closely with executive leadership to define and execute product strategy
• Have experience mentoring and coaching product teams, fostering collaboration and innovation across regions
• Have data-driven decision-making expertise, utilizing KPIs and analytics to optimize product performance and strategy
• Have a deep understanding of complex organizational dynamics and how to navigate global teams to drive product success.
