Central Functions support the board as well as the business in achieving its strategic objectives. These are, for example, Information Technology, Human Resources, Logistics, Compliance, Finance and many more.
Mission of position: Responsible for the development and expansion of the ams OSRAM business in the region, and lead partners to successful target achievements
Executing the sales strategy for the region, mapping clients by segments to determine tactics and actions
Identifying and generating leads through networking, cold-calling and marketing, converting into key accounts
Elaborating sales planning for key accounts
Pursue quality and customer satisfaction
Designing Plan Marketing actions in conjunction with Distributors
Managing leads and opportunities through Sales Force for funnel analysis
Reporting over data on sales, projects won / lost and market projections through Sales Force and business reviews
Managing distribution accounts, providing support for pending management issues
Promoting demand creation with distributors and managing the customers coverage through them
Organizing monthly business reviews for the focused accounts and QBR's including Mass Markets and new leads with Distributors
Explore new opportunities across the region, towards new applications, new markets in all countries

Comply with local office policies
Degree in Engineer and post degree desirable in Business Administration or Marketing
Experience with semiconductors in eletronic industry, and more specifically on opto semiconductors - minimum 5 years
Proven Sales skills
Proven Management skills - minimum 5 years on Management position and preferably on working with Distribution
