As the Global Retail Training Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing and delivering innovative training materials across various formats, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives and fostering growth within our teams. This is your chance to make a tangible impact on Pandora’s retail success, working alongside cross-functional stakeholders to optimize training initiatives and deliver content that drives our ambitious goals.   Key Responsibilities Training Content Development: Assist in the design and production of engaging training materials, including e-learning modules, classroom presentations, and videos. Ensure consistency and quality across all deliverables, translating complex concepts into accessible content. Project Coordination: Manage smaller-scale projects, tracking timelines and ensuring timely delivery while proactively addressing any challenges. Support departmental programs to align with training objectives. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with key stakeholders in the Global Office and regional clusters to gather feedback and ensure content meets diverse team needs. Serve as a central point of contact for sharing insights and improvements. Asset Creation Coordination: Organize and oversee video and photo shoots for training assets, ensuring high-quality visual materials align with training objectives.   What You Bring to the Team Key Qualifications: Proven experience in training content development, instructional design, or a similar role; retail experience is a plus. Proficiency with authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline) and Learning Management Systems (LMS). Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions. Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Exceptional communication skills to foster collaboration and build relationships.
