A business partner towards Pandora’s Clusters and Global CCO organisation
As Student Assistant in Performance Finance, you will support the planning team in their daily efforts as business partners towards the Clusters and Global CCO organisation. You will be responsible for maintenance of tools and templates and consolidation of the inputs coming from the Clusters. The role is designed to participate in various processes in the Performance Finance planning team with the focus on both short- and long-term planning. It offers you a great opportunity to experience end to end process of planning within Commercial Finance, gradually developing from technical to more analytical and business partnering tasks.

Your areas of responsibilities
In this position, you will work closely with Performance Finance team and experience a wide scope of tasks. Your main tasks will primarily be related to:

· Consolidation of the input from Clusters

· Maintenance of the tools & templates

· Support on ad-hoc analysis

Ambitious and motivated to learn
You might be the person we are looking for if you are an energetic and humble team player currently or about to be studying for your Master’s degree, preferably within Finance, Economics or similar. You are ambitious, have confidence within yourself, and you do not shy away from a challenge. You have great communication skills and presentation skills, and you are comfortable communicating with senior stakeholders. Additionally, we hope you have or can demonstrate:

· Good analytical skills

· Great attention to details

· Motivation to learn and grow within finance structures

· Strong skills in the Microsoft Office package – especially Excel and PowerPoint

Your new team
The Performance Finance team works shoulder-to-shoulder and partners with the CCO to drive and impact global commercial performance. As a team we strive to become the preferred advisor to management with a seat at every table and a say in every decision. You will report to the Performance Finance Planning Manager together with one other colleague.

Additional information
This role is based in the Pandora Global Office in Copenhagen, Denmark, and your working hours will be 15-20 hours per week on average (less around exams and more when possible and required).

Please note: It is a prerequisite that you are still a student and have at least one year left in your studies in a Danish university, and that you will be able to come to the office every Tuesday.

Start date: Ideally, in the beginning of June 2025
