Supply Chain Project Manager (12 Month Interim)

As the Supply Chain Project Manager, you will play a critical role in leading cross-functional projects that directly impact our short- and mid-term results. Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Execution:

  • Lead cross-functional supply chain projects, ensuring structured governance and seamless execution.
  • Manage the transition of the E2E process for POSM Campaign Products, anchoring it within the POSM Supply Chain Team.
  • Oversee the implementation of the New Brand Visual Identity (BVI) packaging, coordinating with various teams to ensure a smooth transition.


Strategic Initiatives & Collaboration:

  • Structure and track Global Supply Chain strategic initiatives, facilitating sessions to refine Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Global Supply Chain, Merchandising, and Distribution to align insights and drive projects.


Analysis & Optimization:

  • Monitor project KPIs to ensure successful delivery on time, within budget, and according to strategic goals.
  • Support the introduction of new POSM products, aligning them with brand strategies and operational capabilities.


What You Bring To The Team

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, IT, Supply Chain Management, or Management Engineering.
  • 5-8 years of experience in supply chain management or project management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for optimizing processes.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across departments and influence stakeholders effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with project management tools like Jira and Confluence is a plus.
  • Fluent in English.
