Process Improvement Specialist

This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our growth. As a Process Improvement Specialist, you will take on a generalist role with diverse responsibilities, collaborating closely with global colleagues across functions.

You will be part of our Global Operations team, where we work seamlessly together—regardless of geographical distance.

Key responsibilities

You will play a crucial role in driving organizational efficiency and enhancing operational processes. Your main responsibilities will include supporting the rollout of the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, developing and maintaining reporting structures, and ensuring smooth project execution across operational initiatives.

Your specific duties will include:

• S&OP Rollout Support – Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and monitor S&OP activities, ensuring the successful implementation of the S&OP framework.
• Operational Reporting Development – Designing and implementing reporting structures, collaborating with the BI team to create reporting to enhance decision-making.
• Project Coordination – Managing project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful execution. Organizing and facilitating project meetings while acting as the main point of contact.
• Process Improvement – Identifying opportunities and leading initiatives to optimize workflows. Documenting and communicating process changes to stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
• Stakeholder Collaboration – Facilitating communication and alignment between leadership and operational teams. Developing training materials to support process adoption.

Your profile

You have a solid educational background in Business Development, General Management or a similar field. Additionally, you have a few years of experience combined with a strong business understanding.

Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. You operate with a heart-and-mind approach, ensuring that you understand and support your stakeholders’ business agendas.

You possess strong project management skills, an analytical mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Given PanzerGlass's dynamic nature, you should be prepared for rapid and ongoing changes. We expect fluency in both written and spoken English.
