Payroll Manager

You will be a part of the Finance department in HQ and together with your 7 colleagues you will contribute to new and effective ways to work within Pharmacosmos.

Key Responsibillities

• Payroll processing: Ensure accurate and timely processing of salaries, benefits, taxes, and deductions for employees in Denmark, Sweden, and Norway. Ensure correct payroll booking in the ERP system.

• Compliance & Reporting: Stay updated on payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance. Report on sick leave, parental leave, and reimbursements.

• System Management: Maintain and optimize payroll systems (Visma) to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

• Financial Reconciliation: Prepare and present payroll expense reports, reconciliations, tax obligations, and compliance metrics to management.

• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with HR and Finance to align data and processes related to employee compensation.

What we´re looking for

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, HR, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll management, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Visma payroll software and advanced MS Excel skills.

• Knowledge: Strong understanding of Danish payroll laws and regulations; experience with international payroll processes is an advantage.

• Soft Skills: Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
