Join our Strategic Sourcing team as an intern and help us build a resilient global supply network that supports both development and production. You’ll be part of our Commercial Excellence organization within Global Innovation & Development (GID), a fast-paced, collaborative setting where you can grow your skills and make a difference.
Your main responsibilities include:
You will support our Strategic Sourcing team with a variety of strategic and operational tasks, including:
Conducting research for market and supplier evaluations
Analysing data preparing insights to support Category Strategies as well as Sourcing Processes
Drive the development of dashboards to track supplier spend, performance and KPIs
Supporting internal reporting and business case creation for major projects
Improving and structuring our sourcing tools and portals
Collaborating cross-functionally on process optimization and change management initiatives
As your experience and confidence grow, you’ll be trusted with ownership of smaller projects and workstreams, allowing you to develop Influencing skills and take a more active role in driving value for the organization.

What You Bring
We imagine you're currently pursuing 2nd or 3rd year of your Bachelor's or early Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field, and you’re eager to put your knowledge to work.
You also bring:
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel (pivot tables) and PowerPoint
Interest or experience with BI tools like Power BI, PowerApp, or SharePoint
A structured mindset and attention to detail
Confidence working with stakeholders across a matrix organization
Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written
A proactive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn

We’re aiming for our next Intern to start after the summer break, in August or September, but we're flexible and open to adjusting the start date for the right candidate.
