Experienced finance assistant

This calls for a strong internal value chain – and we are currently looking for an experienced finance assistant for our finance team to support our practice areas.

You will be part of a strong team
You will be part of Plesner's finance team – a dedicated team which deliver high-quality services and focus on details. This is a full-time position, and you will be reporting directly to the Finance Manager.

You will primarily be responsible for the following:

• processing of credit and debit entries

• posting payments and disbursements

• posting expenses and client funds

• reconciling client accounts

• administration of travel expenses and other expenses

• following up on projects

• preparing the balancing of monthly accounts, including balance sheet reconciliation

• ad hoc work in the finance team.

About you
You have relevant financial qualifications and demonstrated experience with accounting and financial management. You will benefit from having experience with month-end closing, reconciliation, and reporting.

You are used to working with financial systems and you are an experienced Excel user. Knowledge of Maconomy will be an advantage, but it is not a requirement.

You are dedicated in your work and take pride in doing a good job. You are proactive, and you work in an independent and structured manner and with diligence and accuracy to deliver quality.
