This is the role
As Global Senior Designer (Maternity Cover), you will play a key role in shaping the visual expression and impact of both Podimo’s brand and our diverse range of show brands. You will be responsible for executing both still and motion design projects, ensuring creative design output across a variety of align with our marketing strategies and business objectives.

This role reports to the VP of Global Brand & Creative Marketing and will be closely integrated into the Global Brand & Creative Team, headquartered in Copenhagen but working across multiple markets.

The position is a maternity leave cover for our Global Senior Designer, starting ASAP and running until July 2026.

Your main responsibilities in this role:

  • Develop and execute still and motion design projects from concept to completion, ensuring they align with our marketing strategies and business goals.
  • Work closely with our Global ACD and CD to ensure design and visual direction, by hands on execution as well as guidence of local focused designers for show brand identities.
  • Develop and execute creative design frameworks and assets for global campaigns (all channels), ensuring adaptability while maximizing impact of our shows and the Podimo brand.
  • Design for show activations/campaigns, creating engaging visuals for a wide variety of channels.
  • Assist ACD and CD in planning and storyboarding for photo and video shoots, ensuring that Podimo’s brand and shows come to life through engaging visual storytelling across multiple channels.
  • Adhere to and further develop Podimo’s brand guidelines and brand assets, ensuring consistency across all teams and channels while allowing space for creative evolution.
  • Collaborate with other global teams and local markets, providing design expertise and support to enhance the visual impact of our brand.

This is you
You’re a highly skilled and versatile designer with a strong grasp of both still and motion design and an understanding of how to turn business goals into visually impactful work. You thrive in a fast-paced, international environment, collaborating across teams and markets to keep our brand fresh, consistent, and engaging.

Experience we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience as a Designer or very hands-on Art Director within media, entertainment, a similar creative industry or creative agency.
  • Experience in brand identity development.
  • Expertise in both still and motion design, with a deep understanding of how to craft high-quality animations and motion assets for campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with Figma or similar design and motion design tools, along with a curiosity toward AI design tools.
  • Understanding of photography, videography, and art direction, with experience in directing and producing creative shoots.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and markets.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and business objectives.

Naturally, being passionate and knowledgeable about podcasts, audio content, media, and entertainment is a big plus!

What We Offer
Location: Copenhagen, DK

Full-Time: 37 hours per week

Start date: ASAP

End date: July 2026

Language: Minimum requirement is English, but proficiency in other languages spoken in our markets is a plus.
