Global Production Designer (focus on AI and Design Systems)

At Podimo, we’re building the future of audio entertainment. As we grow, we’re looking for a Global Production Designer (focus on AI and Design Systems), to join our Global Brand & Creative team and help shape the way our stories are seen, felt, and shared

Based in Copenhagen, you’ll take the lead on designing high-impact visuals that travel across markets and channels. Reporting to the Global Creative Production Manager and collaborating closely with our Global Creative Director, Associate Creative Director, and both global and local designers, you’ll spearhead production design, working hands-on while also guiding design execution of both design and motion assets.

This is the role

You’ll be embedded in our Creative Production Squad, turning brand concepts, campaign concepts, visual direction and show identities into standout creative assets across ATL, paid media, SoMe, video, and more.

But this role is more than crafting beautiful assets. It’s about designing intelligently. You’ll thrive on leveraging cutting-edge AI tools and scalable systems to streamline design production, eliminate repetition, and unlock more time for creativity.

Your main responsibilities in this role:

• Creative Design Execution
• Design high-quality, on-brand assets across static and motion formats.
• Translate creative direction into flexible, scalable design systems for a wide range of channels.
• Collaborate with and guide our Global Motion Designer on visual consistency and craft.
• Uphold a high design standard across platforms, regions, and formats.

• AI & Innovation
• Champion the use of AI-enhanced design tools to streamline production and spark new creative opportunities.
• Explore and test emerging technologies to drive automation and personalization at scale.
• Co-develop modular design systems for high-impact creative conversion assets.
• Help position Podimo as a creative tech innovator.

This is you

Experience we’re looking for:

• 5 years of design experience, ideally within entertainment or tech, with a strong focus on creative marketing and campaign execution.
• A strong portfolio showcasing both static and motion design work.
• Endlessly curious, with a passion for reimagining how design can evolve—blending creativity with innovation to unlock new possibilities.
• Driven to work smarter—leveraging AI, design systems, and scalable workflows to elevate output and streamline execution.
• Fluency in common design tools such as Adobe CC, Figma and similar.
• Hands-on experience with AI design tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, and DALL·E, and a natural curiosity for continuously exploring new and emerging technologies.
• Experience with automation platforms and DAM systems like Storyteq , Frontify and similar.
• A clear communicator and team player across disciplines.
• A belief in design as more than visuals, it’s a framework for connection, emotion, and impact.

Naturally, being passionate and knowledgeable about podcasts, audio content, media, and entertainment is a big plus!
