As a Product Designer , you will be responsible for creating user-friendly and engaging designs that enhance the experience for both recruiters and candidates. Your work will directly impact how companies hire and how job seekers navigate their careers.

• Designing clean, modern, and intuitive UI for our recruitment platform using Figma .
• Collaborating closely with the Product Owner, Developers, and UX Designer to turn concepts into reality.
• Creating high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and design systems .
• Ensuring a seamless user journey by refining and improving user flows.
• Staying updated with the latest UI trends and best practices to keep our platform fresh and competitive.

• Strong expertise in UI design , with a portfolio showcasing modern and user-friendly interfaces.
• Proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping, and design systems).
• Experience in designing for web applications, preferably in SaaS or recruitment tech .
• A good understanding of UX principles and the ability to collaborate with UX designers.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of UI decisions.

• Experience working in agile teams .
• Knowledge of frontend development principles (HTML, CSS, or React experience is a plus) .
• Understanding of AI-driven interfaces .
