We are looking for a marketing professional who, in close cooperation with the sales team can drive sales on the Danish market. You will develop and execute local marketing plans, handle product assortments and launch new products. You will spend 2-3 days a week on the road supporting customers and driving sales together with the sales team. Are you the new Commercialization Marketer for the Danish market?

The conglomerate KYOCERA, with more than 80,000 employees worldwide, is in the process of merging two strong individual companies into one unified organization with a total of approximately 300 employees in Denmark, the Netherlands, France, Sweden, Finland and ten other countries. Tjep, Senco and Expandet are becoming KYOCERA FASTENING SOLUTIONS (KFS) brands, and with this merger, they will serve as the customers’ ONE STRONG CONNECTION in the fastening industry.
KFS is the specialist in fasteners and fastening tools for construction professionals and industry. To strengthen its presence in the Danish market, we are looking for a Commercialization Marketer to enhance the customer experience throughout the entire customer journey for the brands: Tjep, Expandet, Senco, Camo & Stinger.

About the position
The Commercialization Marketer plays a key role in translating central strategies into actionable marketing and sales initiatives tailored for the Danish market. You will keep a close ear to the Danish construction industry and customers, providing insight, trends, requirements, and new product initiatives to the central teams.

This role is multidisciplinary, requiring close collaboration with customers, sales teams, customer service, operations and central marketing. Being the spider in the web, the Commercialization Marketer ensures that relevant projects are being followed through.

The Commercialization Marketer will work in close cooperation with sales, focusing on establishing long-term relationships with customers and with the goal of accelerating growth and strengthening the brands. You will report to the Sales Manager for the Danish market.

Expect to spend 2-3 days a week on the road visiting customers. Apart from that, your place of work will be Sunds, with the opportunity to work flexibly and partly from home one day a week. You will work from Græsted approximately 1-2 days a month and have approx. 4-8 days of travel per year to the headquarters in the Netherlands.

Tasks will include:

  • Develop and execute the local marketing plan in alignment with the local sales team & the central commercial strategy, ensuring clear priorities, budgets, and timelines.
  • Drive, develop and review the Danish product assortment in close cooperation with sales, central product management team and stock planning, optimizing the local product range and controlling margins.
  • Drive & follow up on the launch of new products, including the creation and localization of sales tools, promotional materials, and product training.
  • Develop and implement promotional campaigns to maximize brand visibility and sales.
  • Optimize e-commerce performance within dealer channels, focusing on campaigns, product data quality, cross-selling, and automated data sharing.
  • Be responsible for product data and content in Byggebasen and other local Danish data pools.
  • Enhance and maintain the in-store presence, including POS materials, shelf plans, and signage.
  • Organize and participate in customer events and exhibitions, ensuring follow-up and ROI tracking.
  • Organize and participate in sales meetings and internal product training.
  • Set the go-to market plan for implementing central marketing activities in the Danish market and organization.
  • Always ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing and sales materials, adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge.

  • Experience working across both online and offline retail environments is a plus.
  • Knowledge of fasteners, tools, and/or the construction industry is a plus.
  • Fluent in Danish and English (written and spoken).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially Excel.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
