We are looking for a highly experienced Hardware R&D Team Lead who embodies ambition and positivity. We’re looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to join our team in the quantum industry—a growing field at the forefront of innovation.

About the Role:

As our Supply Chain Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth and timely order handling from start to finish. This position requires a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and a flexible mindset. You won't just make sure the ball stays near the goal—you’ll make sure it goes in every single time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Approve and manage all incoming sales orders, including RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) cases.
  • Handle purchase orders and maintain close coordination with vendors on an operational level.
  • Ensure that all shipments go out on time, in the correct quantity, and to the correct delivery address—without exception.
  • Collaborate with colleagues at HQ to align and combine orders, optimizing shipping and logistics.
  • Take full ownership of the sales and supply chain process from A to Z.
  • Communicate with stakeholders across the globe, particularly in Asia and the USA, requiring flexibility and the ability to work across time zones.

Requirements:

What We’re Looking For:

  • A structured, reliable, and self-driven individual with a high attention to detail.
  • Someone who is solution-oriented and ready to step in wherever needed.
  • A flexible team player who can support colleagues working in different time zones.
  • Excellent communication skills in English—written and verbal.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience within the supply chain of sales coordination and purchasing
  • Experience working with Bill of Materials (BOMs)—both for in-house production and outsourced manufacturing—is a plus.
  • Experience working in Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations is a plus.
