We’re a premium Growth Consultancy consisting of 38 colleagues dedicated in delivering best-in-class B2B sales on behalf of our clients within our 3 verticals: Tech, Professional Services, and Finance in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and Germany.


The position as Senior Sales Consultant:


Together with your team, leader, and mentor your job is to help our clients grow by doing outbound B2B sales.


What you’ll be doing working with sales at Radiant:


You’ll be working with 1-2 of our clients together with a team of experienced sales talents with the purpose of generating sales on behalf of our clients. Your primary work will be:


  • Prospecting: identify, research, and qualify relevant leads (30 % of your time)


  • Pitching & stakeholder engagement: book and qualify sales meetings (50 % of your time)


  • Client Management: Stakeholder Management & Pipeline Management (20 % of your time)

Compensation & Salary model:


87,5 % fixed salary and 12,5 % bonus (with no cap).
