The Customer Experience and Training Student Assistant for Radiometer is responsible for supporting the online and onsite activities of the team.

This position is part of the Commerical Enablement organization located in Bronshoj, Copenhagen and will be mostly on-site, with some flexibility for hybrid work. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.

This position will report to the Senior Training Manager and is part of the Customer Experience and Training Department. The team is located in Brønshøj, just outside of Copenhagen, Denmark. This is an onsite role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to directly support the teams commercial and customer training activities by:

• Managing attendees and logistics of face to face events

• Maintaining the timely access of customers and colleagues to releveant training platforms (Seismic, MyLearning)

• Handling the translations of customer-facing and internal translation materials

• Properly tagging and uploading training assets, ensuring customers and colleagues alike find the right materials to support their learning journey

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Being currently enrolled in a relevant university education (Bachelor or Masters

• Ability to multitask and show initiative

• Strong organizational skills

• Exceptional written and spoken communication skills in English

• Proficiency in Microsoft suite

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Working in an international environment with people from different cultures

• Video editing

• Learning management system and eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate

• Teaching and facilitating
