Scrum Master

We are looking for a new colleague to join an exciting project with our client in Mid Jutland.

Location: Mid Jutland, hybrid.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

• Experience as a Scrum Master/Team lead
• Implementer/Finisher/Coordinator role in Belbin
• Well organised and capable of meeting agreed deadlines
• Person with good communication skills
• Take own initiatives and ensure for results
• Valid EU work permit making you able to start right away
• Professional level of English - both oral and written

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Drive daily deliveries with a team of 5-10 people as work 2-5 days/week in the Lightyear PLM Program
• Facilitate planning, task bread down and daily standups secure they reach their teams Quarterly Objective and Key Results and secure long term planning for coming 12 months
• Secure continues small deliveries to show case progress for PO (and key stakeholders) and fulfilments of OKRs
