Technical Product Owner/Solution Consultant - ITOM Event Management
Responsibilities:
Lead the design and deployment of ServiceNow ITOM solutions (CMDB, Event Management).
Define requirements with IT and business teams.
Manage the ITOM product backlog and roadmap.
Ensure solutions align with ServiceNow best practices.
Provide technical support to the Configuration & Monitoring team.
Optimize ITOM workflows and integrations.
Create Low-Level Design Documentation and estimate implementation.
Manage upgrades (docs review, impact analysis, testing).
Requirements:
Expertise in ServiceNow ITOM Health (CSA & CIS-EM certified).
Strong experience in ITOM Health implementations.
Deep knowledge of ITOM processes and best practices.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience with Agile project management.
