Role Overview

Seeking a visionary Business Development Co-Founder to establish and lead Femayo TSC’s footprint in Denmark—beginning with Reliev. You will drive partnerships, shape strategy, and co-lead business operations from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

Lead market entry and localization of Femayo TSC and subsidiaries

Build partnerships with municipalities, senior organizations, institutions, and local businesses

Oversee sales, client acquisition, and service rollout (starting with Reliev)

Represent the company across sectors with a focus on credibility and impact

Collaborate with the international leadership team to ensure consistency and scalability

Drive funding, innovation, and long-term strategic positioning in Denmark and Scandinavia

What You Bring

Danish citizenship with a strong understanding of Danish systems, culture, and networks

Fluency in Danish and English (written and spoken)

Business development, entrepreneurship, or leadership experience

Passion for purpose-driven business and solutions that serve everyday people

Strong local network, strategic mindset, and a desire to build something transformative
