Do you have a passion for leadership, process optimization within collections and driving performance? We are looking for a Collections Manager to take charge of our internal collections function across the Nordic markets. In this role, you will drive operational excellence, support customers facing financial difficulties, and ensure regulatory compliance - all while leading a dedicated team towards success.

As Collections Manager, you will be responsible for the early-stage collections and restructuring processes, ensuring that we maintain a professional and solution-oriented approach to debt recovery. You will oversee a team of specialists and agents, coaching them to improve efficiency and customer interactions. A key part of your role will be to develop and implement strategies that optimize workflows, enhance customer support, and align with financial targets. Additionally, you will manage collaborations with external debt collection agencies, ensuring seamless integration with our internal processes.

Beyond the operational aspects, this role has a stetegic focus. You will continuously analyze performance data, identify areas for improvement, and refine our collections strategies to meet business objectives. You will also work closely with departments such as Legal, Finance, and Customer Service to ensure a holistic approach to debt management. Given the regulatory complexities in the Nordic markets, staying up to date with legal requirements and implementing necessary adjustments will be a crucial part of your responsibilities.

What we are looking for

• Experience in collections, credit underwriting, or a related field, preferably with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to develop, motivate, and engage teams, communicate effectively, negotiate, and manage conflicts constructively.
• Experience with collections and CRM systems, as well as Microsoft Excel and analytical tools.
• Fluent in English and at least one Nordic language (spoken and written)
