Your future team:
You will become part of the Product Management team. The team consists of 6 members who describe themselves as collaborative, innovative, and dedicated to excellence. You will also be part of ROCKWOOL Nordics' larger Marketing team, which has 25 members. Our team values knowledge sharing and continuous improvement, and we are driven by the goal of creating sustainable and impactful insulation solutions.

What you will be doing:
As a Product Manager, you will

• Lead product strategy for the general building insulation segment across Norway, Denmark, Sweden, and Finland.
• Ensure up-to-date documentation and specifications, and define product strategies in alignment with market needs.
• Work closely with production, sales, and marketing to meet revenue and customer satisfaction goals.
• Manage and optimize the product portfolio, introduce new products, and phase out obsolete ones.
• Support sales forces with product requests and provide expert knowledge for extraordinary sales projects.
• Keep product information and documentation up-to-date, ensuring continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.

What you bring:

• Proven experience in product management or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in working with technical aspects of products – ideally in the building industry.
• Ability to balance technical expertise with commercial insight.
• Strong strategic and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing market demands.
• A technical background in engineering, building construction or similar.
