Did you know there are over 40,000 different pharmaceutical packs in the Nordic market? At Sandoz Nordics, the Business Insights & Analytics team is looking for a Student Assistant to help us navigate this diverse landscape and contribute to our business analytics.

In this role, you’ll handle tasks like CRM system management, report creation, data analytics, and insight generation. You’ll also collaborate with sales and marketing teams among others, ensuring data integrity and maintenance in relevant systems, developing digital solutions, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the company.

Your Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • CRM management & administration: dive into data management in our CRM system, integrating and visualizing data from multiple sources for a seamless user experience.
  • Project and stakeholder management: collaborate with teams across the Nordics and Europe on Commercial Excellence queries and initiatives, manage your own projects, and support both local and global efforts.
  • Digital solutions: develop business-user-friendly dashboards using market and internal data for business intelligence.
  • Market insights and analytics: analyze market trends and salesforce effectiveness to provide valuable insights for business decision-making.

Essential Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • Student within Data Science, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Experience in data analytics and BI / data visualization ideally coming from work in Alteryx and Qlik, but other statistical software (Python, R, STATA, Julia, etc.) or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) experience is as relevant
  • A highly curious, creative, and innovative mind with problem-solving abilities and comfortable interacting with various stakeholders
  • CRM knowledge is a plus
  • Professional level written and spoken English
