Manager of Client support Content (Digital Client Support area)
About the job
You will manage the Client support content team within the Digital Client Support area, which focuses on the digitalization of the customer support experience for the Saxo Group. The ‘Client support Content’ team focuses on creating and managing help articles and videos for our help.saxo website, which serves as the backbone for our AI assistant and platform support. You will be pivotal in enhancing the client journey by providing relevant, clear, and always up-to-date content to address any inquiries.
We aim to offer our clients world-class service and support through accurate, relevant, engaging, and client friendly content via our digital support channels (help.saxo website, chatbot/AI assistant, platform support features), ensuring they get the help they need to navigate through our wide range of products and services.

Your profile
You have a passion for client experience and self-help, with a client-centric mindset that involves listening to the client’s voice and ensuring we have timely and relevant content to support the client digitally. You care about quality and details, and possess good people skills, knowing how to manage a team and workload in a hectic environment. You are organized and eager to deliver quality and effective content that can make a difference and positively improve the client experience. With good project management skills, you are proactive and can quickly take ownership of relevant tasks and projects. You seek constructive feedback and are ready to contribute innovative ideas to develop our support material. Your excellent level of English, both spoken and written, allows you to be hands-on and contribute to writing or reviewing content. You also have experience with content creation, which further enhances your ability to deliver impactful support material. While knowledge of financial markets and industry is beneficial, it is not a requirement.
