JOB TITLE - Customer Service Employee

DURATION - Temporary assignment of 6 months

ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Customer Service Employee to be the first point of contact for our customers and the internal organization at the location in Assens. You will be a part of the Customer Service team and report to the Customer Service Team lead.

WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
• Together with your colleagues, you take care of the entire purchasing and sales process of incoming orders and their handling

• Managing orders and processing invoices

• Handling product changes

• Assisting customers via phone and email and resolving complaints promptly

WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WILL BE REQUIRED?
Your areas of knowledge and expertise: You are customer-focused, proactive, and service-oriented with strong administrative skills and attention to detail. Your results-driven, hands-on approach, coupled with clear communication, fosters effective teamwork and delivery.

Other requirements:

• MBO working and thinking level

• Relevant work experience in a similar position

• Experience in processing orders within ERP systems

• Proficiency in utilizing the entire MS Office package

• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English
