If so, you might be Schneider Electric's new Student Assistant. We are recruiting a motivated Student Assistant to join our Nordic Talent Acquisition Team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain practical experience within Talent Acquisition in a fun and supportive environment. What You Will Do: Recruitment Support: Write job ads, review candidates, conduct screening calls, schedule interviews, and gather feedback from hiring managers. Event Planning & Coordination: Assist in organizing and executing events, both at universities and other venues. Collaborate with universities, schools, and our marketing team to support employer branding activities. Ad Hoc Tasks: Support various recruitment processes and university relations activities as needed. What Will Help You Succeed: Currently pursuing a master's or bachelor's degree. Interested in Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding and HR. Strong collaboration and communication skills in Danish and English. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Availability to work 15 hours/week from our office in Ballerup. What We Offer: A supportive and inclusive work environment.
