Your Role: As our new Partner Account Manager, you will manage and develop our North American ecosystem, building strategic relationships with partners in the IT and OT markets. You will work closely with partners to drive sales, increase market share, and ensure mutual success. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for building lasting partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic partnership plan to drive growth across North America.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with key partners to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support partner needs and optimize synergies.
  • Identify new partnership opportunities and areas for expansion.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the channel landscape.

Your Background:

  • Based on the US East Coast.
  • A degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in Channel Management or partnership roles, preferably within the tech industry.
  • Proven track record of driving successful partnership strategies and execution.
  • Familiarity with the IT Security market, IoT, or OT is a plus, but not required.

Professional Skills:

  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Capability to develop and deliver compelling presentations.
