Sushi Chef

For a busy and welllknown Sushi koncept we are looking for a experienced chef.
The company has 3 sushi outlets, 2 located in Herning, Denmark and 1 in Holstebro, Denmark.

Our sushiconcepts is based onlineorders for take-away and delivery, where our loyal custmers have enjoy the high quality and fast going sushi from our sushi display from where the can choose their sushi piece by piece or from one of our sushi menues /boxes. We use high quality fish, rice, vegetables and so on.

We have a very good team of chefs, one has been there for 11 years and most others more than 5 years and ongoing.

The company also runs 2 other restaurants, one is a lebanese dining restaurant and the other is an international fine dinning restaurant with inspiration from france and Italy along with good steaks.

Our new chefs must have following qualifications:

Experience in sushi minimum 5 years
Can prepare rice, cut fish
Work fast and under pressure
Teamplayer as well working independently
Communicate in english
Prepared to following the danish rules and workethics
Creative in terms of creating new menues

We willl help with permits and housing.
