Your Position
As a Strategic Buyer in our Transitional Energies division, you will become a valuable member of our dedicated Procurement team, working strategically with sourcing and purchasing for projects.

Your place of work will be at our Global HQ located in Esbjerg by the seafront, with one of the best views in the city. The position is full time, and we offer flexibility in terms of working from home in agreement with your manager.

Your Tasks & Responsibilities
As our new Strategic Buyer, you will be supporting our Transitional Energies Division’, Procurement activities related to various projects. You will be responsible for supporting projects within designated commodities depending on the experience You bring. You will ensure compliance to Semco Maritime Procurement Processes and Procedures.

Your tasks will include but are not limited to:

• Contribute to develop sourcing strategies
• Contracts negotiation & compliance
• Stakeholder Management, Internal and External to have consensus.
• Supplier Relationship Management
• Compliance to Semco Maritime Procurement process

Your Profile & Qualifications
We are looking for an outgoing and positive Strategic Buyer who is passionate about Procurement and eager to leave their personal mark. You have a proactive and organized approach to your work and are motivated to improve.

To succeed in this position, we imagine that you have:

• We expect that you have a relevant education on bachelor level and 5 years of experience within Strategic Procurement
• Experience with Procurement or Sourcing from the Offshore industry or Onshore EPC projects
• Solid contract negotiation and change management skills from a project-oriented organization.
• Excellent in stakeholder management
• A solid business understanding
• Fluency in English at a negotiation level; local language skills are an advantage.
