BECOME A PART OF THE TEAM

Framna, which means ‘to advance' or ‘to bring forward' in Old Norse, was born from the union of Shape, Bontouch, and Move. At Framna, we create digital products that over 10 million people worldwide depend on every day. Our products boast an average App Store rating of 4.5, and we process over €150 million daily through our digital solutions. Collaborating closely with some of the world's most ambitious brands – including IKEA, H&M, PostNord, SEB, Swish, OK, B&O, Systembolaget, Post-it, Progressive, Novo Nordisk, Essity, Rabobank, ENGIE, and many others – we strive to make them leaders in their respective industry categories by delivering high-quality, award-winning digital products.

Framna has emerged from the strong product-led culture of Shape, Bontouch, and Move joining forces. Our 550 colleagues work across eight studios located in Sweden, Denmark, the USA, Switzerland, and the Netherlands.

TECHNICAL PROJECT LEAD

At Framna, we don’t just build digital products – we shape the future of industry-leading companies. To achieve this, we take a different approach to project management. Instead of following traditional structures, we empower Technical Project Leads who combine product and technical expertise. This means our clients work with trusted advisors who are actively involved in shaping and executing their vision.

As a Technical Project Lead, you will be the vital link between product, design, and development. You will drive planning and execution, ensuring that our projects create real value. Your role goes beyond managing timelines and deliverables – you will be a key force in ensuring success for both our teams and our clients.

YOUR ROLE - LEADING PROJECTS THAT MATTERS

As our Technical Project Lead, you will:

  • Lead and drive development on large-scale client projects.
  • Balance budget, design, requirements, and team capabilities to ensure successful delivery.
  • Identify, clarify, and mitigate project risks proactively.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic and technical insights that help them succeed.
  • Participate in client status meetings to report progress, manage expectations, and clear roadblocks.
  • Organize and run internal planning meetings to align teams and keep execution on track.
  • Collaborate closely with design, development, and commercial leads to maintain momentum and quality.
  • Ensure effective team management, tracking progress, resolving blockers, and fostering collaboration.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Extensive experience running software projects, particularly in digital product development.
  • Hands-on technical knowledge (deep expertise in mobile development is not required, but an understanding of technology is essential).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills – you know how to engage with both clients and teams.
  • A problem-solving mindset – you anticipate challenges and proactively find solutions.
  • A positive attitude and ability to adapt in a dynamic, non-traditional structure.
  • Curiosity and courage to challenge the status quo and improve the way we work.
