Senior Consultant in Digital & Service Solutions drives key discussions with sales teams for tailored solutions.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Drive collaboration with regional sales and service teams to ensure our service & cyber offerings align with customer requirements. Lead strategic alignment initiatives with internal business partners within the Gas Service division.
• Establish yourself as the regional authority on the Omnivise-T3000 Service & Cyber portfolio.
• Foster close collaboration with the cyber security and Omnivise-T3000 teams to ensure the portfolio meets regional demands.
• Formulate and communicate comprehensive short and long-term strategies through account plans, ensuring transparency in business development activities within Siemens Energy.
• Drive the design, development and market introduction of new products.
• Inspire changes in the organization that are needed to efficiently complete cyber and OT services.
• Provide training and empowerment to regional teams on Service and Cyber topics.

What You Bring

• Must have 15 years of Energy/Oil & Gas experience, specializing in OT environments and Omnivise T3000 Service & Cyber Security.
• Excellent understanding of the power industry, European & African market, customer requirements, and competitive landscape.
• Proficiency with the NIS Directive (EU2016/1148), NIS 2 Directive (EU2022/2555), ISO27001, and IEC62443 Cyber frameworks is a significant advantage.
• Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in Europe without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
• Willingness to travel within the region to visit sites as required.

About the Team
In our Digitalization Team, we serve as ambassadors to the market and tailor solutions based on Digitalization portfolio to support customer’s goals. Digitalization Portfolio consists of several portfolio segments: Cyber Security, Performance, Asset Management and Energy Management. We are a matrix team spread over Europe & Africa Region.

Our Gas Services division offers low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines, and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
