Change Management (OCM) Consultant

Introduction & Summary

We are seeking a qualified Change Management (OCM) Consultant with a strong background in IT solution implementation. The ideal candidate will bring extensive skills in advisory roles related to agile cloud-based technology solutions, particularly in the context of managing customer interactions across various channels. With the upcoming project set to commence in June 2025, this part-time position is pivotal as we transition from the existing Contact Center solution.

Main Responsibilities

The OCM Consultant will play a critical advisory role in the project, assisting in the early phases of change management.

• Support the planning and execution of change management strategies.
• Collaborate with project management teams to define ownership and responsibilities.
• Produce documentation and materials as agreed upon with the client.
• Facilitate discussions and workshops with stakeholders.
• Provide ongoing guidance to ensure project alignment with organizational goals.

Key Requirements

• Extensive experience in new IT solution implementations.
• Demonstrated capability in advisory roles within change management.
• Experience with IPT technologies (e.g., Genesys or Puzzel) is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of customer interaction management.
• Ability to produce relevant materials and documentation.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in consulting roles focused on IT transformations.
• Familiarity with common certifications in change management.
• Experience working in team-oriented environments with cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of methodologies and frameworks related to OCM.

Other Details

This position is primarily onsite in the greater Copenhagen area, working part-time. The project is expected to start in June 2025, with an estimated end date in late September to early October 2025. Candidates must be ready to engage in change management practices that will support the transition to a new digital landscape for the client.
