Senior Technical Project Manager with IPT experience

emagine are seeking an experienced Senior Techincal Project Manager to lead a pivotal project involving the replacement of an existing Contact Center solution with a new cloud-based technology platform. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of total project lifecycle management, particularly in agile methodologies, and will have proven experience managing project finances and communicating effectively with stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the project from the beginning, with a team of 4-5 members.
• Coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders, such as the internal Portfolio Manager and the clients Project Manager.
• Collaborate across various teams, including internal architecture and organizational change management.
• Ensure the project is on schedule and within budget.
• Facilitate agile project methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Requirements:

• Extensive knowledge of total project lifecycle management, including agile practices.
• Strong experience in handling project finances.
• Proven stakeholder communication skills.
• Experienced in IPT (Genesys or Puzzel) implementations and Cloud.
• Technical foundation in project management preferred.
• Possession of relevant agile certifications (e.g., SAFe, Scrum) is advantageous.
