Do you have proven experience in facility management and security tasks and procedures, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with safety regulations?
We are seeking a Facility & Security Manager to oversee the maintenance, safety, and security of our buildings, vehicles, equipment, and operations. This role involves managing facility upkeep, enforcing security protocols, and overseeing IT hardware and telecommunications.
This is an exciting opportunity for a self-driven individual to make an impactful contribution in a dynamic, international environment, with a primary focus on:
Facility & Equipment Maintenance:
- Conduct regular maintenance on buildings (inside and outside), systems, and equipment.
- Ensure functionality of fire alarms, HVAC systems, and workspaces.
- Oversee workspace remodelling, waste disposal, and housing for foreign technicians.
- Manage internal employee relocations and workstation setups.
- Monitor utility consumption (water, heating, electricity).
- Maintain hangar equipment such as lifts, work platforms, and compressors.
IT Equipment Management:
- Order and manage IT hardware and devices.
- Coordinate device setups and IT equipment procurement.
- Handle telephone number and device setups.
- Collaborate with IT support to ensure proper installation and configuration.
Security Management:
- Maintain security manuals for Billund and Sønderborg airports.
- Coordinate audits and manage security clearances.
- Oversee employee clearances, ID cardholder management, and external access.
- Ensure proper documentation and process for granting external access to the hangar.
We Expect You to Have:
- Experience in facility and security management.
- Strong knowledge of building maintenance, equipment servicing, and security procedures.
- Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
- Technical proficiency with IT systems, facility equipment, and vehicles, including a valid driver's license.
- Relevant certifications in facility management, security management, or similar fields.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
