Associate Product Manager - Innovation & AI

Associate Product Manager
to help shape the future of HR technology at Talentech, with a special focus on Generative AI and prompt engineering.

This is a role where your attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn are more important than your CV. Maybe you’ve tried out some AI side projects, explored prompt engineering, or built something cool on your own? Great – we’ll teach you the rest. What you'll do:

• Team up with our Director of Innovation and a group of passionate people building exceptional AI- and data-powered products
• Help plan what we build next — and make sure our developers know the “why” behind each decision
• Apply prompt engineering to develop innovative AI solutions
• Help shape how we present our products — in sales materials, product marketing, and documentation
• Stay up to date with AI and tech trends to identify new opportunities
• Run experiments and embrace iterative development — we love quick tests and creative thinking

What we're looking for:

• You have a Master’s degree in engineering, business, data science, or related field
• You have a genuine passion and knowledge of AI and prompt engineering
• You take initiative, like solving problems and prioritizing what matters, and have a strong drive to grow professionally
• You’re comfortable communicating with both tech and business people, in Swedish and English
• You’re curious, open, and comfortable with trying new things – even if they sometimes feel uncertain or a bit messy at first

It’s also nice if you have:

• Experience in product development, preferably in SaaS startups or scale-ups (but this is “a nice to have”, not required. If you just graduated but have done some interesting and relevant stuff on the side – don’t hesitate to apply).
