tamigo is already used by more than a hundred customers across DACH. We want to accelerate this growth by hiring a dedicated seller who can convert prospects into customers by REALLY adding value.
You are both commercially strong and analytically sharp. You listen more than you talk, and you translate the possibilities of tamigo into added value for the customer. Some of your top characteristics are your structured way of working, your ability to handle objections and your strong negotiation skills. Our goal is to keep customers happy by optimising their planning, saving them time, and giving them control over wage costs.
Key responsibilities:
You proactively build your pipeline via calls, emails, social media, events or any other medium that works for you
You manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to presentation/demo, negotiations and closing, creating a predictable deal flow.
By actively listening to prospects, you identify their needs and demonstrate how tamigo adds value for them
You work together with our Onboarding team to make sure customers are correctly handed over
You collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, converting leads to long term customers
You are an ideal fit if you have:
Native level German
Outbound sales skills
Presentation skills
Negotiation skills
A relevant university degree (or equivalent)
As a person you are:
Result oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
Goal oriented and target focused
You have a demonstrable interest in sales

Please note that you must have a clean criminal record, and a valid EU work permit to be considered for this position.
The role is based in Copenhagen (Denmark) or Houten (the Netherlands) with minimum 3 days per week in the office.
