Senior ESG Controller

Do you want to be part of the ESG journey and develop TDC NET's ESG reporting together with the team and stakeholders? You will be instrumental in reporting both internally and externally while operationalizing CSRD through the development of intelligent systems and tools for data collection.

The ESG Reporting team is part of the accounting department, which reports to the CFO. The ESG Reporting team supports and collaborates with the wider TDC NET business on the entire ESG agenda (Environment, Social, and Governance) together with the Sustainability team.

TDC NET is the country's largest provider of critical digital infrastructure. We deliver high-quality networks and focus on connecting Denmark with the digital solutions of the future.

About The Job

ESG & Sustainability, including CSRD reporting, is a continuously evolving area, and you will contribute to developing and integrating these activities at TDC NET.

Key Responsibilities For This Role

• Prepare ESG data sections in the Annual Report
• Prepare accurate audit materials, including contact with the auditors
• Serve as a knowledgeable advisor on ESG data and sustainability legislation
• Secure system implementation of ESG data with focus om automation and eliminating non-value-adding activities
• Prepare and update guidelines for the organization to report on ESG data
• Collaborate closely with relevant functions in TDC NET to improve ESG data collection and handling

About You

As a person, you are motivated by reporting within ESG and contributing to making a difference. You are a motivated team member who can take responsibility for driving initiatives forward and developing the agenda.

Furthermore, You Have The Following Background And Experience

• Relevant Master’s degree, such as Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent qualification
• Solid controlling experience from large companies or audit or consulting firms, preferably in the ESG and sustainability area
• Great strategic toolbox and business understanding, including the ability to handle large quantitative datasets and qualitative information
• Excellent people and stakeholder engagement skills
• You produce high-quality results and can combine attention to detail with a holistic overview
• Good communication skills (both oral and written), including the ability to transform complex information into a simple, understandable message
• You undertake your role with assurance and as part of a team, acting as a knowledgeable and informed advisor to various stakeholders
• Knowledge of and experience with CSRD, including ESRS, is preferable
