System Engineer

We’re looking for someone excited by the challenge of building, operating, and developing complex hybrid infrastructure solutions in a dynamic environment.

What You'll Bring:

• 5 years of experience in IT operations and systems administration.
• Proficiency in: Windows Server, Azure, VMware.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts (routing, switching, VPNs, SD-WAN).
• Knowledge of firewall technologies (e.g., Fortinet, Cisco) is a plus.
• Comfortable in hybrid infrastructure environments (Windows Linux, Azure on-prem).
• Certification (Microsoft, Cisco/CCNP, or Fortinet) is a plus.
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluency in English, and ideally a Nordic language (Norwegian, Danish, or Swedish).

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Design, build, and maintain modern network and infrastructure systems (LAN, WAN, VPN, Windows/Linux Servers, Azure).
• Ensure stable, secure, and scalable operations across both on-premises and cloud environments.
• Collaborate closely with IT and business stakeholders to implement integrated, business-critical solutions.
• Take part in defining and evolving security strategies, including firewalls, monitoring, and backup systems.
• Work hands-on with infrastructure tools and technologies, helping ensure smooth daily operations.
